Sidhu Returns To Kapil Sharma Show, Fans Roar “Thoko Taali!”

MUMBAI (ANI)- Navjot Singh Sidhu, the popular cricketer-turned-politician, is making a highly anticipated comeback to “The Great Indian Kapil Show” on Netflix. His return for the third season has ignited immense excitement among fans, many of whom are enthusiastically celebrating with his iconic catchphrase, “Thoko Taali!”

Netflix officially confirmed Sidhu will join Archana Puran Singh on the show’s panel. This marks a significant format change, as it will be the first time the comedy talk show features two side performers. The streaming giant emphasized that Sidhu’s return fulfills a promise to expand the show’s comedic family, a decision driven by overwhelming audience demand.

Kapil Sharma, the show’s host, expressed his genuine enthusiasm for the reunion. “We had promised viewers that our family would grow this season, and I’m delighted to welcome Sidhu Paaji back to the show, alongside Archana Ji,” Sharma stated. He added that with Sidhu’s “trademark shayari and energy,” this season is set to deliver even greater laughter and entertainment.

Sidhu was a prominent and much-loved figure on Kapil Sharma’s previous comedy ventures, including “Comedy Nights with Kapil” and “The Kapil Sharma Show,” before his departure in 2019 due to political commitments and controversies.

The new season of “The Great Indian Kapil Show” is slated to premiere on Netflix on June 21.
