Mixed Fruit Jam

| Pineapple | 250 g |
| Guava | 250 g |
| Mango | 250 g |
| Banana | 250 g |
| Sugar | 750 g |
| Citric acid | 3–4 g |
| Water | 250 ml |
Method:
- Wash pineapple, guava, and mango. Remove the peel and cut them into small pieces.
- Peel the banana, cut into slices, and mix with the above fruits.
- Add water and citric acid; cook until the mixture becomes soft.
- Crush while boiling to form a uniform thick mass.
- Add sugar, stir continuously, and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
- Cook rapidly until the end point is reached.
- Add desired color.
- Pour the hot jam into clean jars and seal properly.
Store in a cool, dry place and enjoy your homemade jam anytime!
