Mixed Fruit Jam

Ingredients 
Pineapple250 g
Guava250 g
Mango250 g
Banana250 g
Sugar750 g
Citric acid3–4 g
Water250 ml

Method:

  1. Wash pineapple, guava, and mango. Remove the peel and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Peel the banana, cut into slices, and mix with the above fruits.
  3. Add water and citric acid; cook until the mixture becomes soft.
  4. Crush while boiling to form a uniform thick mass.
  5. Add sugar, stir continuously, and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Cook rapidly until the end point is reached.
  7. Add desired color.
  8. Pour the hot jam into clean jars and seal properly.

Store in a cool, dry place and enjoy your homemade jam anytime!
