Ro Khanna Has Suggestions On Who Can Replace Chuck Schumer
India-West News Desk
NEW YORK, NY – Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA0 has sharpened his critique of Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, arguing that Democrats need a new generation of leaders and making clear that Schumer is not the future he envisions.
Speaking with host Kristen Welker on NBC’s ‘Meet the Press’ on November 16, the congressman acknowledged that Schumer was “terrific” during Joe Biden’s presidency. But he said that era has passed and Democratic voters no longer see Schumer as the figure to guide the party forward.
Khanna pressed his point by asking “what is the future of Democratic leadership?” adding that grassroots Democrats “just don’t think that person is Chuck Schumer.”
He expanded on why, saying, “I mean, he doesn’t inspire confidence. He’s not bold. He’s out of touch with the grassroots. He’s someone who cheer-led us into the war in Iraq. He doesn’t have the moral clarity on Gaza. He couldn’t say Mamdani’s name. And this was the final straw, where he was not strong on fighting for health care.”
While distancing himself from Schumer, Khanna simultaneously spotlighted senators he believes represent a stronger and more relevant Democratic direction. He singled out Senator Chris Murphy of Connecticut as a “top leader,” described Senators Cory Booker of New Jersey and Brian Schatz of Hawaii as “dynamic,” and said he “appreciates” the ideology championed by Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts.

Why is he naming liberal communists unless he is one? Unless a moderate is chosen, the party will go down to drain.

Politicians represent their donors. Period. Ro Khanna is funded by the SFO Liberals so he does their bidding.

It is time to replace Khanna, with someone abler and who can represent the bay area constituency which in way is socialistic or bordering on communist ideology.
