Stuffed Tomato Recipe

Ingredients

·        Tomato: 4 big size

·        Potato: 2 medium size

·        French bean: 10 pieces

·        Carrot: 1 medium size

·        Onion: 1 medium size

·        Oil: 4 tbsp

·        Coriander powder: 1 tsp

·        Cumin seed powder: 2 tsp

·        Chat masala: 1½ tsp

·        Coriander leaves: 1 bunch

·        Green chilies: 1 piece

·        Red chili powder: ¼ tsp

·        Salt: To taste

Preparation Method

1.    Scoop out the tomatoes and set them aside.

2.    Boil the potatoes, mash them, and keep them ready.

3.    Chop the French beans, carrot, and other vegetables, then blanch them.

4.    Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic, and fry until golden brown.

5.    Mix in the blanched vegetables, green chilies, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, chat masala, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.

6.    Add the mashed potatoes to the mixture and stir-fry until the oil separates.

7.    Stuff the prepared mixture into the scooped-out tomatoes.

8.    Cook the stuffed tomatoes by either baking them in an oven or shallow frying them in a heavy pan with a lid on low heat.
