Ingredients                 

Semolina ¾ cup

Onion 1 medium size

Oil As neededs

French bean 5 piece

Capsicum 1 small size

Cabbage ½ small size

Carrot 1 small size

Groundnut 2 dsp

Green gram 1 tsp

Urad dal 1 tsp

Green chili 2 pieces

Mustard seed  ½ tsp

Water ¾ cup (approx.)

Curry leaves  A few

Salt to taste to taste

Method

1.Soak dal for 2 hours and drain the water.

2. Chop vegetables.

3. Heat oil, fry groundnut and semolina separately, remove and keep aside.

4. Heat oil, put mustard seeds, dal and add onion, stir-fry till golden brown.

5. Add chopped vegetables and sauté for a few minutes till done.

6. Add semolina, salt and pour water and cook till the moisture is evaporated and semolina cooked.

7. Garnish with groundnut and chopped coriander leaves.

8. Serve hot. (Garden to Kitchen,Vigyan Prasar)
