CJP’s Saurav Das Files Police Complaint After YouTubers Enter His Home

NEW DELHI -Saurav Das, spokesperson of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), has said that certain YouTubers and media channels entered his residential complex, without permission and recorded visuals of his apartment.

In a post on X, Das said the incident was “not just an invasion of my privacy but also a grave security threat” to him and his family.

He later said he has filed a complaint with the Delhi Police against those involved, seeking charges including criminal house-trespass, criminal intimidation, defamation and criminal conspiracy.

Das also said that the individuals spoke to the caretaker, security personnel and neighbors to gather information about him.

The allegation drew reactions from political leaders, including Derek O’Brien, who said the matter would be raised in Parliament, including in the Rajya Sabha.

Das said those responsible would be held accountable if any harm came to him or his family.
