Multi-Talented Kunal Kemmu Forays Into Composing, Singing

MUMBAI- After his directorial debut with ‘Madgaon Express’ in 2024, actor Kunal Kemmu is now embarking on a new musical journey. On August 6, he announced the launch of his new YouTube channel, where he will share music that he has been writing and composing for several years.

Kemmu made the announcement with a humorous Instagram video that shows him in a roundtable meeting with his team. In the clip, his team tries to convince him to say a few promotional lines, such as “subscribe to my channel.” Kemmu reluctantly agrees, saying, “You’ve known me as an actor and as an entertainer, but here I am to share my musical journey with you for the first time.” He then urges viewers to subscribe, like, and share his new channel before leaving the meeting in a comical huff.

In his caption, Kemmu mentioned that he was releasing his first video, which is based on “true events,” and provided a link in his bio.

Kemmu’s long career in entertainment began as a child actor in the TV series ‘Gul Gulshan Gulfaam’ and the film ‘Sir’ in 1993. He went on to appear in popular films like ‘Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke’ and ‘Raja Hindustani.’ As an adult, he starred in films such as ‘Kalyug,’ ‘Traffic Signal,’ and the ‘Golmaal’ and ‘Go Goa Gone’ franchises. More recently, he earned critical acclaim for his roles in ‘Malang’ and ‘Kalank.’
