Ajit Doval, Said To Be Carrier Of Ukraine Peace Plan, Meets Putin
MOSCOW (ANI) – National Security Adviser Ajit Doval met Russian President Vladimir Putin on September 11 on the sidelines of the BRICS National Security Advisers’ meeting.
NSA Doval’s visit to Russia comes after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s historic visit to Ukraine during which he told the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, that the two countries should sit together without wasting time to end the ongoing war and that India was ready to facilitate peace in the region.
Media reports and sources said Doval was had a peace plan from India for Putin.
Putin has proposed a bilateral meeting with Modi on October 22 on the sidelines of the BRICS summit to summarize the outcomes of joint work on the implementation of the agreements reached during his visit to Moscow and to outline prospects for the near future, the Russian Embassy said in a statement.
