Kejriwal’s Health Deteriorates, INDIA Bloc Rallies Together In His Support
NEW DELHI, (IANS) – Due to the deteriorating health of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is currently imprisoned in connection with the Delhi excise policy case, INDIA bloc opposition leaders gathered at Jantar Mantar on July 30 to express their concerns, demanding the Chief Minister’s release.
The rally saw leaders from the Aam Aadmi Party, Samajwadi Party, JMM, RJD, Congress, Trinamool Congress, and Left parties coming together to oppose Kejriwal’s arrest and criticize the Central government’s repressive policies.
The demonstration had Bhagwant Mann, Akhilesh Yadav, Ram Gopal Yadav, Raghav Chadha, N.D. Gupta, Pramod Tiwari, Gaurav Gogoi, Sanjay Raut, Sharad Pawar, Manoj Jha, and D. Raja, among others.
On stage, Kejriwal’s wife Sunita Kejriwal was praised by CPI(M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury, who described her as a “lioness” and urged her to remain resolute in her fight.

Modi has done a lot for the progress of India. However, it’s his dark side which did cost the election. There are 1000 times more corrupt leaders in his party than Kejriwal (in the event he is guilty) and opposition (Congress, Trinamool Congress and other regional parties). However, he closed his eyes to make a score against Kejriwal. It’s a shame that a capable leader can stoop so low for his personal vendetta since BJP is unable to win Delhi election. Thought he would learn from the past mistakes and order CBI to pull out the case. But, the emperor has no clothes.

I wonder why a corrupt politician under custody is supported so much by the opposition parties! The fact that he and two more connected with the same charges are held under custody without bail meant that there are tangible evidence of their involvement in the criminal act. So why all this unwanted hue and cry?
