Toyota’s Singirikonda Named Best Tech Manager Of 2024

IRVING, TX – Ekambar Kumar Singirikonda, Director of DevOps Engineering at Toyota, has been voted the 2024 Best Tech Manager through a community-driven vote at the prestigious Timmy Awards, hosted by Tech in Motion. The annual awards recognize standout figures in North America’s tech industry, celebrating those who create exceptional workplaces and lead innovation.

Over 20,000 technologists cast their votes, selecting Singirikonda from a competitive group of 25 finalists in the Best Tech Manager category, , a press release said. This award honors leaders who excel beyond their managerial roles, fostering growth and empowering their teams in the fast-paced technology landscape.

Singirikonda’s expertise spans DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and AI. In addition to his role at Toyota, he serves on the advisory board of the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and is the author of DevOps Automation Cookbook. He also contributes as a board director for Gift of Adoption Funds and CDO Magazine’s Editorial Board.

The Timmy Awards ceremony will officially recognize Singirikonda’s achievement later this year.

Born and raised in India, Singirikonda came to the US in 2000.
