WASHINGTON, DC – The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has confirmed the use of a chartered flight to deport Indian nationals residing in the country illegally, in cooperation with the Indian government.

This charter flight departed for India on October 22.

Kristie A. Canegallo, a senior official performing the duties of Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security, emphasized that Indian nationals without legal status in the U.S. are subject to immediate removal.

She urged potential migrants not to be misled by smugglers who make false promises about the immigration process.

Since the implementation of the Securing the Border Presidential Proclamation and its Interim Final Rule in June 2024, encounters at the U.S.-Mexico border have decreased by 55%.

In fiscal year 2024, the DHS has removed or returned over 160,000 individuals and conducted more than 495 international repatriation flights to over 145 countries, including India, a statement said.

  • Now that Biden-Harris administration has moved millions of illegals in the seven swing states to change their demography with an intention to let democrats stay in the white house forever, there’s no remaining use for these extra ones.

  • Excellent job. These people coming to USA 🇺🇸 from India on tourist visas. Once they land they file for political asylum and 99.9 % of the political asylum cases are fake. They get all the documents from Indian police by bribing them. They must be kept in isolation and thorough investigation be done case by case. These people are mostly criminals.
