Tesla Adds Another Hyderabad Centre As India Expansion Continues

NEW DELHI-U.S. electric vehicle maker Tesla on June 17 opened its fifth Experience Centre in India, expanding its retail footprint with a new facility in Hyderabad’s HITEC City.

The Experience Centre allows customers to view the new 2026 Model Y Premium Rear-Wheel Drive and Model Y L and learn about Tesla’s electric vehicle technology, safety features and performance capabilities through guided product demonstrations.

Tesla said it has also begun delivery and after-sales services from the Bollaram Industrial Area to support customers across Telangana.

The company said both models are available for order through its official website, and customers placing orders before June 30, 2026, will receive a complimentary Wall Connector.

The 2026 Model Y Premium Rear-Wheel Drive offers a WLTP range of up to 500 km and is priced at Rs 50.89 lakh in India, with deliveries scheduled to begin in July 2026.

The Model Y L, an all-wheel-drive SUV, offers a WLTP range of up to 681 km. (IANS)
