Gajar Ka Laddoo

Gajar Ka Laddoo

Ingredients:

Carrots – 3 big size

Sugar – 5 dsp

Coconut powder – 2 dsp

Ghee – 1 tbsp

Cardamom – ¼ tsp

Cooked preparation – 9 laddoos

Method:

  1. Grate the carrots.
  2. Heat ghee, add grated carrots, and stir-fry until golden.
  3. Add sugar and cook, stirring frequently, until the ghee separates.
  4. Add cardamom and coconut powder.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool slightly so it can be handled.
  6. Take about 25 g of the mixture and press between palms to form a laddoo.
