We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated General Manager to oversee our Shell and Mobil gas stations, Dairy Queen, and Jersey Mike’s locations. Previous management experience is required. Gas station, convenience store, or restaurant management experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include supervising employees and managers, managing schedules, monitoring sales and inventory, reviewing reports, overseeing cash handling, maintaining company standards, controlling operating costs, and ensuring excellent customer service across multiple locations. Candidates must have strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to hold employees accountable. This is a salaried management position.
