Cheesy Cheddar Broccoli Rice Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 package Royal Rice Ready-to-Heat Basmati Rice
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup steamed broccoli, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook or heat the rice according to the package instructions and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rice, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, broccoli, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Using an ice cream scoop or your hands, form the mixture into balls.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Place the rice balls in the air fryer basket and cook for 5–7 minutes, or until golden and heated through.
  7. Serve warm.

A fun and easy broccoli-packed snack.
