Cheesy Cheddar Broccoli Rice Balls
Ingredients
- 1 package Royal Rice Ready-to-Heat Basmati Rice
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup steamed broccoli, finely chopped
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Cook or heat the rice according to the package instructions and let it cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine the rice, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, broccoli, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Using an ice cream scoop or your hands, form the mixture into balls.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the rice balls in the air fryer basket and cook for 5–7 minutes, or until golden and heated through.
- Serve warm.
