Donald Trump Lit The Lamp And MAGA Lit Up Too – In Rage

WASHINGTON, DC – The official White House twitter handle did not mention it. Then, it reposted Kash Patel, the administration’s FBI Director’s post which had a video and read, “Happy Diwali from the Oval with @POTUS” and alluded to the October 21 celebration President Donald Trump had hosted.
That was enough. MAGA hardliners erupted. It clearly exposed deep-seated and frightening resentment toward immigrants and minority communities in these extreme circles.
The small, exclusive ceremony brought together around two dozen Indian American business leaders and senior officials. Among those present were tech CEOs Arvind Krishna of IBM, Sanjay Mehrotra of Micron Technology, Shantanu Narayen of Adobe, and Nikesh Arora of Palo Alto Networks, joined by administration figures including Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, and White House AI advisor Sriram Krishnan.
Trump praised the community for its success and economic influence. “What a wonderful culture and what a wonderful group of people,” he said, commending their leadership and contributions to America.
MAGA-aligned Christian nationalists vented outrage, questioning the celebration of a non-Christian holiday in the U.S. One user mocked the occasion: “Do Hindus celebrate the 4th of July?” Another sneered: “So when do we get to celebrate Christmas in the Taj Mahal?” Others demanded a strict assertion of Christian identity: “Heritage Americans do not celebrate Diwali. Christ is King 👑” and “Love you Kash, you can stay, but we’re a Christian Nation.” Some even called for English to remain the country’s official language.
Prominent far-right voices also joined the backlash. Nick Fuentes posted videos of the lamp-lighting ceremony, remarking that Trump was “dancing around with a bunch of Indians lighting lamps and eating curry,” labeling the administration a “joke.”

Racism works both ways, one is the white man looking down on us and the other is the black/brown person looking up to white skin. It has been a long time now since we kicked out our white colonizers, but are we still mentally colonized? There is a Queen Victoria memorial in Kolkata – I visited it as a kid when my family lived there. She is the queen of people who colonized us, looked the other way as millions of Indians starved to death, they came to loot and loot they did, leaving India dirt poor by the time they left! And we keep a memorial of their queen?
It is like thieves break into our home, kill our father, rape our sister, and go away with all our valuables – would we be keeping a memento of them? And of course, Anglo-Indians – so proud to carry on their name, all because they have white skin!.
But the main reason for my letter is what we all have faced here in the US – threatened with Hell unless we seek Jesus and convert! I ask, “so who we are as people does not matter?” Good works won’t get you into Heaven, they say, so no, what good, kind, and honorable people we are does not matter, what we did in life does not matter. All that matters is our belief, religion.
That is collective condemnation of an entire group of people, reducing them to just one aspect of who they are as people!
This is similar to Racism that reduces a human being to just his or her skin color.
The same as Sexism that reduces a woman to just her Gender.
The same as Caste, it reduces a person to just his or her caste.
The same as Antisemitism, which judges a Jewish person based on his religion.
And it is this Antisemitism that Jews faced in Nazi Germany – their religion alone condemned them to gas chambers! Entire families, women, children, even babies! BABIES! Babies were thrown into gas chambers, children, families were dumped there.

What these proselytizers are saying is that a similar fate, on a much larger scale, awaits billions of us Hindus, Buddhists, Atheists and more! We too, will be set apart based on our belief, religion & for that reason alone will be condemned to Hell! Yep, Entire families, women, children, even babies! Thousands of people die every day in this world, and since most of them are unbelievers, Holocaust fires are burning 24/7 in the afterworld!
And they are able to OPENLY PROMOTE such ideas!
Racism, Caste, Sexism, Antisemitism has been condemned repeatedly, thousands of articles, letters, editorials have been written condemning such hate, but religious hate that condemns billions of innocents? ZIP, ZERO, NADA!

How can this be? I can think of only one explanation – that we are still mentally colonized. That we refuse to speak up because a white mouth is hurling those threats at us. I am sure you agree with me that this is wrong – in the 21st century, these people should not be allowed to spew hate hiding under “Freedom of Religion.”
I have tried to get the above published here in the west, sent it to so many newspapers, but since the media in the west is controlled by Christians and Muslims, none have published my views.
