NEWPORT BEACH, CA – Energy drinks such as Red Bull, Monster and Prime among others have long been a go-to solution for people chasing focus and vitality, but the caffeine highs and sugar crashes that follow have left many wondering — is there a better way to recharge? Enter G-Shot, an all-natural 100% plant based, caffeine-free herbal dietary supplement that’s quickly gaining traction across California for its promise of sustainable energy without the side effects.

Developed by Dr. Gaurav Goswami, Newport Beach, CA surgeon with more than three decades of experience, G-Shot was born from a growing concern about the long-term effects of caffeine-loaded energy drinks. “After years in surgery, I realized that so many patients were struggling with conditions aggravated by inflammation, poor circulation, and lifestyle habits,” said Dr. Goswami. “I wanted to create something that empowered the body to heal and energize itself — naturally.”

That vision led him down a 15-year journey into regenerative medicine and Ayurvedic research. Two years ago, his vision of actively supporting healing and rejuvenation culminated in the creation of G-Shot — a blend of ten potent herbs designed to boost stamina, focus, and clarity. The ingredients include Boswellia, Triphala, ginger, and bromelain, all of which are known for their anti-inflammatory and circulatory benefits. The formula, Dr. Goswami explained, is caffeine-free and safe for all adults offering “an immediate yet balanced energy rush that supports long-term wellness.”

Unlike conventional energy drinks, G-Shot isn’t about masking fatigue with stimulants. It’s about nourishing the body. “We’ve tested G-Shot with patients for two years and in a 100-volunteer study,” said Dr. Goswami. “Over 70% reported feeling more alert and less fatigued — without the jitteriness or crashes of caffeinated alternatives.”

The drink comes as a compact liquid shot with a subtle citrus-orange taste, emphasizing the natural herbal profile rather than relying on artificial sweeteners. Each bottle has a two-year shelf life thanks to a natural preservative, Nisin, and the product is currently available through their website retail outlets, Dr. Goswami’s clinic and on Shopify. Expansion into convenience stores and gyms is already underway.

From a business perspective, Ravi Bhatia, who heads marketing and strategy for G-Shot, believes the timing is ideal. “Consumers are increasingly questioning what they put into their bodies,” he noted. “We’re not competing with 5-Hour Energy or Red Bull — we’re redefining the energy category itself.”

Bhatia acknowledges that breaking through a market “brainwashed by sugar and caffeine” isn’t easy. “Sampling will be key,” he said. “People need to taste and feel the difference for themselves. This is a cleaner, more conscious alternative.”

The team has ambitious plans ahead. Under consideration is  a  carbonated and powdered form of the supplement. Manufacturing currently takes place in India, but the possibility of launching new plants — one in California and perhaps Dubai are being explored — to ensure consistent potency and faster distribution. Expansion into other global markets is targeted for 2027, and the search for a brand ambassador is still on.

For Dr. Goswami, G-Shot represents more than just a product — it’s a movement toward mindful energy. “There’s nothing like it in the market,” he said. “Every bottle contains 10 herbs in clinically relevant doses. My goal is simple — for everyone to try it once and experience how nature can truly energize.”

With its natural formulation, holistic roots, and science-driven development, G-Shot may just signal the next evolution of the energy drink — one that prioritizes balance over buzz.
