‘Gladiators’ Offers Behind The Scenes Look At Ajith’s Racing Career

CHENNAI-Director Vijay’s eagerly awaited docu-film showcasing Tamil superstar actor Ajith Kumar’s journey on the racing track has been titled ‘Gladiators’, with the makers unveiling the title poster and announcing that it will release in theatres soon.

The approximately 90-minute documentary chronicles Ajith’s passion for motorsport and aims to inspire young people to pursue their dreams. It also seeks to promote motorsport in India, a discipline that many still consider a niche sport.

The documentary captures not only Ajith’s races in Malaysia but also strategy meetings, team discussions, practice sessions and his overall preparation. The documentary also includes footage from races in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, offering viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the actor’s journey on the international racing circuit.

National Award-winning composer G.V. Prakash Kumar has scored the music, while veteran editor Anthony has handled the editing.

The film will be presented in theatres in a two-part format, with each half running about 45 minutes. An extended version is also planned for release on an OTT platform at a later date. (IANS)
