Gobhi Kheer
Ingredients
- Milk – 500 ml (2 cups)
- Cauliflower (grated) – 100 g (½ cup)
- Sugar – 20 g (2 dsp)
- Refined oil – 10 ml (1 dsp)
- Raisins – 10 g (10 pieces)
- Cardamom powder – 0.25 g (¼ tsp)
Method
- Grate and blanch the cauliflower.
- Heat oil and sauté the grated cauliflower.
- Add milk and cook while stirring frequently until done.
- Add dry fruits and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add sugar.
- Allow to cool and serve.
