Ingredients
1 cup basmati rice
1 cup diced ripe avocado
10 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped basil leaves
1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Salt as needed
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp black pepper powder
Preparation
