Kal Penn Joins Season 4 Of ‘Industry’

LOS ANGELES, CA – Kal Penn has joined the cast of the fourth season of the hit HBO/BBC finance drama Industry. Known for his roles in Designated Survivor, the Harold & Kumar films, and his time working in the White House, Penn will portray Jay Jonah Atterbury, the CEO and co-founder of Tender, a payment processing company that plays a major role in the upcoming season.

Atterbury’s character is expected to bring a fresh dynamic to the high-stakes world of finance as he leads Tender alongside co-founder and CFO Whitney Halberstram, played by The Handmaid’s Tale star Max Minghella.

Season 4, currently filming in the UK, also introduces other new cast members, including Charlie Heaton, Claire Forlani, and Kiernan Shipka. However, with Penn stepping into this prominent role, anticipation for the season is running high.
