Mumbai Police Issues FIR Against Celina Jaitly’s Husband Peter Haag
MUMBAI- Mumbai Police has issued a Look Out Circular (LOC) against Austrian entrepreneur and hotelier Peter Haag following domestic violence allegations levelled against him by actor Celina Jaitly.
Police have also registered an FIR against Haag based on the complaint filed by the actress. The case has led to criminal proceedings under multiple provisions of the law.
According to the allegations made by Celina Jaitly, the FIR has been registered relating to cruelty, causing harm, intimidation and sustained harassment.
Sources said the Look Out Circular was issued due to alleged non-cooperation with the ongoing investigation. An LOC is generally issued when authorities believe an accused individual may evade questioning or leave the country during the course of an investigation.
The development comes days after Celina Jaitly shared an emotional video of herself visiting her son Shamsher’s grave amid the legal battle. The actress stated that she was not being allowed to meet her three living children.
So far, Peter Haag and his legal representatives have not issued any public statement regarding the allegations.
Actor Celina Jaitly married Peter Haag in 2010. The couple became parents to twin boys in 2012. In 2017, she gave birth to another set of twins, but one of the children died due to a heart condition.
In November 2025, Celina Jaitly filed a case against Peter Haag under the Domestic Violence Act, alleging continuous domestic violence. (IANS)
