Priyanka Tells Jimmy Fallon She Lost Chunk Of Her Eyebrow In On-Set Mishap

MUMBAI (IANS)- Priyanka Chopra Jonas recently shared an on-set anecdote from her upcoming action-comedy film, Heads of State, revealing how she lost a “chunk” of her eyebrow during filming.

During a promotional interview with Jimmy Fallon for the movie, Chopra Jonas recounted the incident: “The camera has a matte box, and I was supposed to roll on the floor and fall, and it was raining. The camera was supposed to come in close to me.” She continued, “So the camera operator came in a little bit closer—I came in a little bit closer, and it took out a chunk of my eyebrow. Could have been my eye, so I was very grateful that it wasn’t.”

Despite the injury, the actress quickly applied surgical glue to her eyebrow and completed the day’s shoot, explaining, “Finished my day, because I did not want to come back and shoot in the rain again.”

Directed by Ilya Naishuller, Heads of State features a star-studded cast including Idris Elba, John Cena, in lead roles. 

Chopra Jonas portrays Noel Bisset, an MI6 agent who teams up with Elba and Cena’s characters to navigate a high-stakes diplomatic mission gone awry.

The movie is set to premiere exclusively on Prime Video on July 2.
