Tulsi Gabbard’s New Theory: It’s Not Biden Running The Country

NEW YORK, NY – Former Democratic Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, now on the list of Donald Trump favorites, has a theory. A conspiratorial one: President Joe Biden is not running the country.
In an interview with fired and controversial former Fox channel newsman Tucker Carlson, she posited her theory.
Asked by him who, if not Biden, was running the government, Gabbard opined, “It’s not a leap of imagination to know that that’s true. When you look at the people who are in Joe Biden’s administration, they are the people who were the right hands for the Obama administration, for President Obama and Hillary Clinton.”
She went on to say, “So, it’s no shock or surprise who the influences are behind the policies that are coming out of this White House that many people say is the most radical and woken White House that our country has ever seen.”
Gabbard once sued former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for defamation after Clinton all but called her a “Russian asset” but dropped the case when she was accused of a publicity stunt.
Rumors have recently swirled that she is on the shortlist for Trump’s campaign, for vice president.

This statement alone explains why Gabbard has resorted to the conspiracy theory that it’s not Biden who is running the country. It serves two purposes, One, it pleases Trump because he loves conspiracy theories, in general, and, in particular, because it makes Biden look bad. Two, since the statement makes Biden look weak and overly dependent on his aides, it again makes Biden look bad. And when Biden looks bad, it makes him look better and a stronger candidate for president.
Whether Trump picks Gabbard as a running mate is still an open question, considering a huge number of people he has mentioned to be his running mate. In the past, the choice of running mate used to be a well-guarded secret, but Trump doesn’t play by any rules, except his own.
