WASHINGTON, DC – Country singer Alexis Wilkins, the longtime partner of FBI head Kash Patel, has filed a $5 million defamation lawsuit against conservative podcaster Kyle Seraphin.

The 26-year-old Wilkins accuses Seraphin of smearing her reputation by falsely labeling her a “honeypot” for Israeli intelligence. According to the complaint, Seraphin used his August 22 broadcast to claim Wilkins was a “former Mossad agent” sent to manipulate Patel, 45, who has been floated as a future FBI director.

Her attorneys argue the accusations were “malicious lies” designed to boost Seraphin’s online following and income. The suit states he “fabricated the story for self-enriching clickbait,” CNBC reported.

Seraphin, who bills himself as a “recovering FBI agent,” also mocked the couple’s relationship during the episode, suggesting Wilkins was only attracted to Patel because he fit her taste for “a cross-eyed kind of thickish built, super cool bro who’s almost 50 years old and Indian in America.”

Her legal team emphasized that the suggestion she is an Israeli spy is “vile and ridiculous,” stressing her identity as an “American-born, conservative Christian.”
