Jewelry Brand Tanishq Opens Tenth Location In US

WESTBOROUGH, MA – Tanishq, the jewelry division of the Tata Group, formally inaugurated its first New England retail location on March 6. The 4,000-square-foot facility represents the brand’s tenth storefront in the US.

The Westborough site was selected to serve an estimated 40,000 households within the Indian diaspora across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut, the company said, adding that the move aligns with the company’s broader strategy to establish retail hubs in high-density markets driving demand for bridal, festive, and contemporary fine jewelry.

The formal opening ceremony included a traditional lamp-lighting and ribbon-cutting attended by Consul General of India Raghuram S. and Massachusetts State Senator Michael Moore. The event also featured a Bharatanatyam dance performance and a showcase of more than 5,000 designs, ranging from traditional gold craftsmanship to modern collections.

The Westborough showroom adds to Tanishq’s U.S. presence across cities including Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Seattle, Atlanta, and the Bay Area.
