Flu Season May Be Here, But KCF Is Ready

PACOIMA, CA – Like clockwork the flu season shows up and affects a large number of people who are vulnerable. Sometimes people forget or just neglect to get the flu shot which is good protection, especially for the at-risk generation.

Khalsa Care Foundation, keenly aware of this, each year, in cooperation with medical personnel arranges for the easy dispensation of flu shots.

This year, a flu shot clinic was set up at KCF on October. After a stop at the registration desk, people met registered nurse Shelly Sachdeva dePeralta who did the administering and provided each person with instructions such as potential side effects, a press note said.
