Mix Pakoras
Ingredients:
1 Cup Chopped Vegetable of your choice (Capsicum, Paneer, Potato, or Spinach)
¼ Cup Besan (Gram Flour)
¼ tsp Haldi (Turmeric Powder)
¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
¼ tsp Sugar
¼ tsp Coriander Powder
¼ tsp Carom Seeds
Pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)
Pinch of Soda Bi Carbonate
¾ Cup Water
Salt to Taste
Oil for frying
Method:
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients thoroughly. Allow the mixture to rest for 10-15 minutes.
Heat the required amount of oil in a pan for frying.
Take the chopped vegetables of your choice, dip and coat them evenly in the prepared batter.
Carefully place the coated vegetables into the hot oil for frying.
Fry the vegetable fritters until they turn golden brown and crispy. Ensure even cooking by turning them occasionally.
Once done, use a slotted spoon to remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
Serve the hot and crispy vegetable fritters immediately with green chutney or ketchup.
