Ro Khanna Asks Kennedy’s Running Mate To Drop Out So It Does Not Benefit Trump
India-West News Desk
SAN JOSE, CA – Silicon Valley attorney Nicole Shanahan, the running mate of independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., responded publicly to Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) after he publicly urged her withdrawal from the race. Shanahan rebuked Khanna’s plea, branding it as ‘anti-democratic’ in a pointed social media post.
She recalled her previous discussions with Khanna, where he initially endorsed her candidacy, asserting, “In my conversation with Ro he congratulated me on the position and encouraged me to run, stating that every American has the right to run in this country.” She expressed dismay, insinuating that Khanna’s change of heart stemmed from party pressures. “Clearly, Ro has changed his stance based on pressure from the party,” Shanahan wrote. “I hope he understands how anti-democratic it is to ask someone to step down from a race that empowers the American public to make their own decisions.”
Khanna, however, had articulated his concerns directly to Shanahan through a letter, cautioning against the potential ramifications of Kennedy’s candidacy on the presidential race. He wrote, “While I completely respect third parties and the right for anyone to run for public office, I am deeply concerned that Robert F. Kennedy’s name on the ballot in swing states could tilt the election in Donald Trump’s favor.”
Despite acknowledging Shanahan’s dedication to climate issues, Khanna underscored the imperative of thwarting a second Trump presidency. He emphasized, “Another Trump presidency would be disastrous – for our environment, for our economy, and our democracy.”
Shanahan, a former supporter who had financially backed Khanna’s congressional campaign, found his public plea disappointing, especially given their prior interactions.

He has no standing among the Democrats. He has no right morals or scruples. His policy is as volatile and predictable as Santa Ana Winds. His interrogation of witnesses in Congress is embarrassing to the Indian community. He should not be reelected.

When did California Democrats have morals?
It is one thing to give away the barn to ILLEGALS and lazy good for nothing living on handouts.
It is another taxing the hard working Californians. Why do hardworking people need to work to pay for the lazy and illegals? That is simply MODERN SLAVERY!

There is not one politician of Indian ethnicity on both sides of the aisle who has any morals and a spine to speak the truth. They kowtow to their masters who dictate to them. Ro needs to “Row” his boat to some remote pasture and crawl under a “Rock” and stay there

He is a stooge pigeon or the big money donors who elected him and were passed off that he projected his own opinion and after stern warning, withdrew his original endorsement. It speaks much about a man’s moral and ethical compass and mental stability.

It was very thoughtful for Congressman Ro Khanna to request Robert Kennedy, Jr.’s running Mate to consider dropping out of the race for the good of the nation. It is his patriotic duty to make the elections a fair battle of the ideas between two political parties rather than having the spoilers to muddy the waters. It would have been OK for any third party or interest groups to contest the elections based on popular votes but in our political system which requires a majority of the Electoral College votes, and not the popular votes. It is the Electoral College votes that drive a fair contest among the competing parties, not the popular votes. Many Kudos to Ro Khanna for his efforts in wising up the crazies.

Sarcasm aside, the facts comes down to intellect and integrity of a person holding a congressional office. Any Democrat should know or should have known, that endorsing Kennedy Junior, who was spurned by his own party decided to go independent and his own family did not endorse him and they endorsed Biden instead, now this Congressman endorsed the vice presidential choice of Nicole Shanahan and then he reversed his endorsement and and he even asked her to step down, which is not his prerogative to ask a citizen, she has a full prerogative, privilege and constitutional right to contest in whatever party that she deems fit. Reversal of his endorsement basically points to the lack of integrity and and also intellect and when he had a debate with the Vivek Rama Swami it was obvious that this man cannot walk and chew paan at the same time. This debacle only adds to his lack of discretion and poor intellect.
