Zucchini Bread With Garam Masala
Ingredients
- 3 cups Royal® Chakki Atta
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup Grapeseed Oil
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups grated zucchini
Preparation
- Grease a 12-cup muffin pan or line with muffin liners. Preheat oven to 325° F.
- Whisk Royal® Chakki Atta, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and garam masala together in a bowl.
- Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar together in a large bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the grated zucchini.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 18–25 minutes, or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 3–5 minutes, then turn out the muffins and let them cool on a rack.
