Masaba Gupta, Satyadeep Misra Welcome Baby Girl

MUMBAI, (ANI) – Fashion designer Masaba Gupta and her actor-husband Satyadeep Misra have welcomed their first child, a baby girl. They shared the news with a joint post on Instagram, writing, “Our very special little girl arrived on a very special day. 11.10.2024. Masaba & Satyadeep.”

Their post also carried a picture of the baby’s feet. Masaba is the daughter of the actor Neena Gupta and cricketing icon Vivian Richards. She tied the knot with Satyadeep in January 2023.

Their Instagram post resembled a watercolor painting of a moon and a blooming lotus. Several of their well-wishers wrote congratulatory comments under their post. “Congratulations @instasattu,” wrote Priyamani, while actor Sonam Kapoor commented, “I’m so excited and happy.” “God bless, congratulations!” wrote Smriti Irani, while Dia Mirza commented, “Welcome to our world baby girl.”

In addition to her primary profession as a fashion designer, Masaba has also dabbled in acting. She headlined the semi-autobiographical Netflix series Masaba Masaba for two seasons and appeared in Dhruv Sehgal’s entry in the Modern Love: Mumbai anthology. Satyadeep has appeared in films such as Bombay Velvet and Vikram Vedha, and in shows such as Tanaav.
