CAMDEN, NJ -The Campbell’s Company has appointed Mohit Anand as Executive Vice President and President of its Snacks division, effective Feb. 23, 2026, the company announced February 17.

Anand will lead Campbell’s snacks portfolio, which includes brands such as Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder’s of Hanover, Lance, Kettle Brand, Cape Cod, Snack Factory and Late July. He will report to Campbell’s President and Chief Executive Officer Mick Beekhuizen, join the company’s Operating Committee, and serve as an executive officer.

“With some of the best brands in the business, Campbell’s has the right to win in snacking,” Beekhuizen said in a company statement. He added that Anand’s track record of driving sales growth, margin improvement and operational efficiency would be key to returning the Snacks division to sustainable growth.

Anand brings more than 30 years of global experience across food, beverage and consumer packaged goods companies. He joins Campbell’s from Kellanova, now part of Mars, Incorporated following a recent acquisition. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager in Mars Snacking’s Accelerator division and was part of the post-acquisition integration team. Earlier, he led Kellanova’s frozen foods business based in Chicago.

Before that, Anand headed Kellogg’s snacks business across Asia, the Middle East and Africa and previously led Unilever’s water and beverages businesses from London. He began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he spent 15 years in senior marketing and general management roles across Asia.

Anand holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Panjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, and a master’s degree in management studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
