Kareena’s Cappuccino Corner Features Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi Photo
MUMBAI- Kareena Kapoor Khan recently shared a glimpse from her day as she enjoyed a cup of cappuccino in a quiet corner of her home.
Visible behind the coffee cup was a photograph of her late father-in-law, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, from his younger days. Kareena referred to the space as her “cappuccino corners.”
The image showed a calm setting with a freshly brewed cup of coffee placed on a wooden table, alongside the framed picture of the former cricketer.
Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, popularly known as Tiger Pataudi, was one of India’s most celebrated cricket captains. He led the national team at a young age and was widely recognized for his leadership and fearless approach to the game.
He lost vision in one eye following a car accident in 1961 but continued to play international cricket, a journey that inspired many.
He married actor Sharmila Tagore in 1969. He died on September 22, 2011.
Kareena later married his son, actor Saif Ali Khan, in October 2012.
Pataudi was the grandfather of Kareena and Saif’s sons Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan, Soha Ali Khan’s daughter Inaaya Naumi Kemmu, and Saif’s children from his earlier marriage, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. (IANS)
