WASHINGTON, D.C.- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has added Indian national Lubana Singh to its public “Worst of the Worst” registry, which identifies foreign nationals arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) across the country.

According to DHS, Singh was arrested in Milan, Michigan. The agency said his criminal history includes offenses involving the sale of synthetic narcotics and other dangerous drugs.

DHS said it recently expanded the registry by 5,000 names. The online platform, launched on Dec. 8, 2025, allows the public to search records of foreign nationals arrested across all 50 states for crimes including homicide, child sex offenses, aggravated assault, arson, driving under the influence, and drug-related offenses.

DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said the update is part of the administration’s effort to increase transparency about immigration enforcement actions.

“DHS has added another 5,000 criminal illegal aliens to the ‘Worst of the Worst’ website,” Bis said in a statement. “The webpage allows the American people to search through the criminals we’ve arrested in their communities.”

According to DHS, the latest additions also include individuals from Honduras, Cuba, Mexico, Guatemala, Vietnam, Liberia, El Salvador, Ukraine, and Laos. The department said the criminal histories listed for those individuals include offenses ranging from homicide and child sex crimes to robbery, assault, vehicle theft, arson, and drug-related offenses.
