Priyanka Chopra’s Season Two Of  ‘Citadel’ Drops May 6

MUMBAI– The makers of Priyanka Chopra’s action series ‘Citadel’ have announced that the second season will premiere on Prime Video on May 6.

Along with the release date, Prime Video unveiled the official trailer and said all episodes of season two will be available on the streaming platform on the same day.

The spy thriller follows Mason Kane, played by Richard Madden, Nadia Sinh, played by Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Bernard Orlick, played by Stanley Tucci, elite operatives of a legendary agency destroyed by Manticore, a ruthless network backed by some of the world’s most powerful families.

As a new threat emerges, the trio is called back into action and tasked with recruiting a new team of operatives for a global mission to stop a conspiracy that could reshape humanity.

The second season will also feature returning cast members Lesley Manville and Ashleigh Cummings. The ensemble cast includes Jack Reynor as Hutch, Matt Berry as Franke Sharpe, and Lina El Arabi as Celine.

New additions to the cast include Merle Dandridge, Gabriel Leone, and Rayna Vallandingham.(IANS)
