Rosemary Marinated Chicken With Apples
The succulence of the chicken with the crispiness of apples and potatoes will make this a new favorite dish!

Ingredients:
1 Whole Chicken
4 Washington Apples, quartered
½ kg Baby Potatoes, halves
1½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
½ cup Butter
1 Tbsp Rosemary
1 Tbsp Thyme
2 Tbsp Orange zest
Instructions:
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and orange zest. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Rub the chicken with the herb mixture until it is well coated. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the marinated chicken in a roasting pan. Add the apples and potatoes. Roast for 35 minutes. Increase temperature to 375°F and roast for 15 more minutes.
Serve warm.
