PV Sindhu Engaged!

HYDERABAD – Badminton star PV Sindhu has announced her engagement to Venkata Datta Sai, a Hyderabad-based tech executive. The two-time Olympic medalist shared a joyful picture on social media, showcasing the couple exchanging rings and sharing a laugh. The post quickly went viral, with fans flooding it with congratulatory messages.

Sindhu is set to marry Datta Sai, who serves as the Executive Director at Posidex Technologies, on December 22 in Udaipur. The wedding festivities will begin on December 20, followed by a reception in Hyderabad on December 24.

According to Sindhu’s father, PV Ramana, the match was arranged between two families who have known each other for some time.

Datta Sai, Sindhu’s fiancé, holds a Master’s degree from the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore. He has previously managed IPL team Delhi Capitals.

With Sindhu’s busy badminton season approaching, she is expected to resume training shortly after the wedding.
