As Tabloid Rumors Of 13th Child Swirl, White House Says Elon Not In Charge Of DOGE – Legally

WASHINGTON, DC – The White House has clarified that Elon Musk, while involved with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), holds no formal decision-making authority. In a court filing on February 17, Joshua Fisher, director of the Office of Administration, confirmed that Musk, who is widely viewed as the de facto head of DOGE, and is often slammed by critics as “President Musk” for his extraordinary exercise of power and seemingly free run of the White House, is not an official employee of the department. Instead, he serves as a non-career special government employee and a senior advisor to the president.
Fisher’s filing was part of a response to a lawsuit filed by 14 U.S. states against Musk.
It emphasized that Musk does not have the authority to make government decisions independently. “Like other senior White House advisors, Mr. Musk has no actual or formal authority to make government decisions himself. He can only advise the president and communicate the president’s directives,” Fisher stated. The filing also clarified that Musk is an employee of the White House Office, not of the U.S. DOGE Service or its temporary organization.
President Donald Trump has often suggested that he is in charge and not Musk.

In other news, Musk has addressed rumors surrounding his alleged 13th child after conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair claimed she gave birth to his baby five months ago. St. Clair, 26, revealed on X (formerly Twitter) that she and Musk are working on an agreement for raising their child. Musk briefly responded with “Whoa” to a post that suggested St. Clair had spent years plotting to have his child.
St. Clair, who had kept her pregnancy private at Musk’s request, clarified that Musk first reached out to her via direct messages and described him as “funny” and “down to earth.” Her representative, Brian Glicklich, stated that the pair had been working to finalize an agreement but that tabloid reporting had interrupted their private conversations. St. Clair expressed frustration over the invasion of her child’s privacy and requested that the media respect her and her child’s privacy moving forward.
Musk, who has 12 other children from previous relationships, has not yet publicly addressed the situation further.

It seems Trump is demanding Loyalty tests for Government Jobs as reported by the News media here in the US. Some of the media & many right thinking people are angry, up in arms about this – calling it Fascism, Illegal, how things are done in Authoritarian countries like Russia and North Korea!
But amazingly, many of the same people will go to Church/Mosque and sing praises of a God who demands belief, loyalty to him and him alone and rewards ONLY those who do & will punish those who do not, brutally!
ALL of us, especially Minorities, want to live in INCLUSIVE countries with equal rights for all. We all want to be seen as the human beings that we are and not for the color of our skin, gender, age, ethnicity, or religion. Whether we are up for a Job or a promotion, we want to be judged by our qualifications, experience, education – in other words, our WORKS!
But things move differently in Corrupt & Dictator-led countries like Russia and North Korea. There, whom-you-know is more important than what-you-know. Those that can grease palms, have a Relationship with the higher ups get ahead, while those that do not, even if highly qualified, get left behind. Even in free countries, some Sleazy bosses have rewarded their yes-men, cronies, and sycophants.
In Putin’s Russia, the sycophants who sold their souls & blindly supported the “Dear Loving Master”, have been amply rewarded, while those that did not have paid the highest price, even children have not been spared Putin’s wrath!
And according to the top two religions of the day, it is such a world that awaits Hindus, Buddhists, Atheists & others. We will be set apart based on belief, religion and condemned to eternal torture in Hell! Even Children and babies will not be spared! Works do not matter, only Belief counts, having the right Relationships count!

More so in the past and even today in some Temples, Lower Castes were denied entrance. In the afterworld, WE will be the “Lower Castes”, denied entrance to God’s House!
For far too long so many have remained silent over such views and threats that are OPENLY promoted. I cannot speak for Buddhists and Atheists but we Hindus need to speak up, otherwise such hate and division will continue to be promoted.
The very same people who condemn Hindus for Caste (and they should, Caste division IS evil & wrong), OPENLY promote Religious division and hate & that needs to stop.
It is amazing that even in the 21st century, so many are willing to sell their souls, drop their morals, values & principles at the altar of Religion & frighteningly, so few are willing to condemn it.
