LOS ANGELES, CA — Victory Sports Media, a sports content production company specializing in film, television, and digital media, has announced the addition of Rohini Kosoglu to its leadership team as a senior advisor. Kosoglu will bring experience from her previous roles in the White House, where she served as the former Deputy Assistant to President Joe Biden and as Domestic Policy Advisor to Vice President Kamala Harris.

Victory expects her to act as both a leader and a liaison between the worlds of sports, entertainment, and policy. Her role is to ensure that Victory’s content not only captivates audiences on screen but also makes a meaningful impact on society, the company said in a statement.

Victory Sports Media, founded by Jai Khanna and Parag Parikh, has been committed to amplifying women’s sports content. Upcoming projects include a groundbreaking docuseries about HBCU women’s gymnastics, a documentary in development on the life of a current WNBA superstar, and a highly anticipated docuseries highlighting the Indian women’s Cricket Team U.P. Warriorz.

It has also launched a collaboration with Ellevest, an investing and wealth management company created by and for women. The first project from this collaboration was the feature documentary “Dream Big: The Michelle Wie Story,” which premiered on NBC and Peacock on May 18 to positive reviews.

“It’s a momentous time in women’s sports, and I am thrilled to support Victory Sports Media in putting women athletes at the center of this storytelling,” said Kosoglu. “I am looking forward to ensuring the vision behind Victory’s stories resonates both on and off the screen.”

Kosoglu currently serves as a policy fellow at the Stanford University Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence.
