Cabbage-Onion Pakora

Ingredients          

Cabbage                ½ cup

Onion                    1 small size

Gram flour            2 dsp

Rice flour              1 dsp

Oil (absorbed)       1 dsp

Green chili             2 piece

Ginger paste           ½ tsp

Garlic paste             ½ tsp

Cumin seed powder ¼ tsp

Carom seeds             ¼ tsp

Red chili powder      ¼ tsp

Turmeric powder        ¼ tsp

Salt to taste to taste

Method

1.Chop vegetables.

2. Take cabbage and onion in a bowl.

3. Add flour, chopped green chili, other

ingredients except oil and mix.

4. Divide into 8 portions.

5. Heat oil; deep-fry each portion till brown

and crispy.

6. Serve with chutney. (Garden to Kitchen,Vigyan Prasar)
